I have my server set for New York EST however my clients in New Zealand are getting upset about that time stamp on their mail, etc. Is there a way to set a virtual server time zone for them?
The email's "Date" header should actually be the local date and time, not the servers time -- the email client itself enters that when the email is composed and sent to the mail server. Some details on that are here:
Now, when you look in the message headers, and look for the "Received" headers -- those are all based on the server's time, and it wouldn't be possible to modify those for a particular domain.
