How to limit users to their dedicated IPs only?

I have shared IP for some virtual servers and dedicated IPs for some other virtual servers. By default all the Virtual Servers, Subservers and Aliases are created on a shared IP. The same story if a user with a virtual server on a dedicated IP tries to create his subserver. I'd like to limit users on dedicated IPs to use only their own IPs. Is it possible to configure in Virtualmin?
