Creating new Virtual Website fails

As stated in the Subject name, i've got a problem when creating new Virtual sites.

When i create a new website, it stops here:

Creating administration group user hidden ..

.. done

Creating aliases for administration user ..

.. done

Adding administration user to groups ..

.. done

Creating home directory .. .. done

Creating mailbox for administration user .. .. done

Adding new virtual website ..

I have searched a bit around and looked in the miniserv.error file, all it states are this:
