Restore problem

I have restored to a new server (centos 6) previous was a (centos 5) all my virtualmin backups with no errors. After fixing some settings problems, on a deeper look on file structure inside home directory, i found each Virtual host home have inside a ".backup" directory with all the files extracted during restoration proces.

I was wondering why are there (i suppose they had to be removed by virtualmin after restore procedure), and if i'm safe to remove them all by hand.

I'll talk to Jamie about why those are there (that could be a bug in the restore process). However, they should all be safe to remove.
