Ubuntu 10.04 LTS can't connect

Hi. I installed Ubuntu 10.04 LTS and aftawards I installed Virtualmin. First it worked fine. I even managed to update the server and everythin else from within the wirtualmin interface.

Then I had to shutdown the server and move it into the Rack. When I started the server it came up fine, but I couldn't connect to Virtualmin now.

I tried to reinstall the virtualmin with the license I have and get this Error:
