Unable to access virtualmin after upgrade system

After In run "Software Package Updates", I'm unable to access virtualmin:10000. I already tried to run /etc/init.d/webmin restart but I still cannot access.

Howdy,

What output do you get when running "/etc/init.d/webmin restart"?

Also, do any errors show up in /var/webmin/miniserv.error?

Lastly, what output do you get when running this command:

ps auxw | grep miniserv

>> There is no output. I tried this command on other server. I saw some Pre-loaded statement. However, this server doesn't have any output.

Also, do any errors show up in /var/webmin/miniserv.error?
