Should Virtualmin 3.88 gpl fix upstart issues?

Should the install script for Virtualmin 3.88 gpl fix the upstart issue for Webmin (and Usermin) as addressed in this thread:- http://www.virtualmin.com/node/19092

Howdy,

The next Webmin version you see will resolve those upstart issues. If that's not out now, that should be out shortly!
