Hi,
I have a customer with a long-overdue bill.
How do I temporarily disable their e-mail or entire account?
I tried the "Login temporarily disabled" checkbox in the "Edit Mail/FTP Users", but it doesn't seem to work (stick).
I couldn't find this feature in the documentation.

Howdy -- you could disable that particular Virtual Server by going into Disable and Delete -> Disable Virtual Server.
You can then go into that same area to re-enable it once you're ready.
